A well-established, high street optical provider is looking for a Qualified Dispensing Optician to join its friendly and sociable team in Bridgnorth.

The Role

Dispensing Opticians are central to the success of the practice, acting as the face of the business on the shop floor and playing an important role within the wider team.

Key responsibilities include:

Always delivering outstanding levels of customer service Working closely with Optometrists to ensure a seamless patient journey Managing aftercare services, including resolving queries and complaints in a professional manner Contributing to individual and team performance targets through effective dispensing and communication Supporting the day-to-day running of the practice, with opportunities to take on management responsibilities
