We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth by promoting our services in a professional and consultative manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Manage leads, contacts, and record all activities within the CRM system
- Proactively contact potential and existing clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings
- Conduct client meetings (online and in-person) and present services in a clear, structured, and professional manner
- Develop a strong understanding of company services and recommend suitable solutions based on client needs
- Negotiate terms of agreements and successfully close sales opportunities
- Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve weekly and monthly targets
- Selling training programs and consistently meet and exceed monthly KPIs and performance targets
- Attend exhibitions, networking events, and industry functions to generate new business opportunities
- Participate in regular performance review meetings with the Sales Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum A Level qualification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with a proactive and positive approach to sales
- Ability to build rapport and influence decision-making
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (preferably in education industry)
