Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth by promoting our services in a professional and consultative manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Manage leads, contacts, and record all activities within the CRM system
  • Proactively contact potential and existing clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings
  • Conduct client meetings (online and in-person) and present services in a clear, structured, and professional manner
  • Develop a strong understanding of company services and recommend suitable solutions based on client needs
  • Negotiate terms of agreements and successfully close sales opportunities
  • Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve weekly and monthly targets
  • Selling training programs and consistently meet and exceed monthly KPIs and performance targets
  • Attend exhibitions, networking events, and industry functions to generate new business opportunities
  • Participate in regular performance review meetings with the Sales Manager

Requirements:

  • Minimum A Level qualification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven with a proactive and positive approach to sales
  • Ability to build rapport and influence decision-making
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience (preferably in education industry)
