Job Description:

An opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a rapidly expanding business and support the team with all office and operational administration. This is a newly created role working as part of a small team working directly alongside the business directors.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing incoming calls with a confident and professional telephone manner
  • Liaise with customers, responding to all enquiries, providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Manage emails and inboxes
  • Organising schedules, appointments, and internal systems
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation systems
  • Support the team with day to day operational tasks and provide general administrative support across the business.

The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills and be very comfortable using MS Office, Excel and Google Workspace along with a polite, friendly and professional communication style.
