Senior Estimator

We are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Estimator to join a growing business specialising in groundworks and reinforced concrete (RC) frame projects.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a company with strong growth plans, having achieved a turnover of 8m in 2025 and projected to exceed 15m in 2026, with a longer-term goal of reaching 30m through repeat business and continued expansion.

The Role

• Leading or supporting the tendering and estimating process
• Attending site visits and tender meetings as required
• Working closely with the commercial team and reporting directly to the business owner
• Involvement across pre-construction and commercial functions depending on experience

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years' experience within groundworks and RC frames
• Experience working in either an estimating or quantity surveying capacity
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of construction processes
• Ability to manage workload independently and communicate effectively

Package & Benefits

• Salary between 100,000 - 110,000 (dependent on experience)
