Temporary Personal Assistant
Help a busy executive-level team member stay organised by managing a complex diary, travel, and board meetings in a fast-paced environment. You'll provide day-to-day executive support and keep key meetings, communications, and documents running smoothly.

Role details
Full time on-site role, Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:30, all year round.

The role
As the Personal Assistant (Temporary), you'll provide administrative and logistical support by helping coordinate schedules and key activities. The role exists to keep back-office operations running efficiently and to ensure meetings, travel, and documents are well prepared and delivered on time. You'll also support board and external stakeholder activity, acting as a central point of contact for the office.

What you'll be doing
Managing complex, frequently changing diaries across internal meetings, external engagements, and board responsibilities
Coordinating board meetings, including scheduling, logistics, agenda collation, and preparation of meeting materials
Organising UK and international travel, including transport, accommodation, visas, and detailed itineraries
Supporting events, conferences, and networking engagements, including briefing pack preparation and on-the-day coordination
Preparing presentations, agendas, briefing documents, and research packs ahead of meetings and events
Acting as a key point of contact for the office and external contacts, including meeting and greeting visitors

What we're looking for
PA experience desired, but not essential
High level of professionalism, discretion, collaboration, and common sense
Strong organisational skills, able to manage changing priorities and multiple demands
Confident using common software and systems, including email, PDFs, and spreadsheets
Clear, accurate written communication skills for drafting correspondence and documents
Comfortable building relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Highly motivated, with a proactive approach and enjoyment of working in a dynamic environment
