Telemarketing Manager (Outbound B2B)
Our client is looking for a commercially driven Telemarketing Manager to take ownership of a high-performing outbound function and elevate it to the next level.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and knows how to turn strategy into pipeline. You'll be responsible for building, coaching, and scaling a team that consistently delivers qualified leads and booked meetings-directly impacting business growth.
The Role:
- You won't just manage - you'll shape and drive the entire outbound engine
- Own the strategy: define target markets, outreach approaches, cadences, and KPIs
- Drive performance: deliver consistent pipeline through structured campaigns and clear targets
- Optimise operations: refine call quality, scripts, workflows, and CRM usage
- Lead from the front: coach, mentor, and inspire a team to exceed expectations
- Collaborate cross-functionally, working closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure quality leads and seamless handovers
- Use data to win, track performance, forecast accurately, and continuously improve results
The Person:
- Proven experience leading an outbound telemarketing or inside sales team
- Strong background in B2B lead generation (mid-market or enterprise preferred)
- A natural coach who can develop talent and drive high performance
- Comfortable working with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)
- Highly organised, data-driven, and commercially focused
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and engage
- Experience within financial services and knowledge of UK compliance (GDPR, PECR, TPS) would be advantageous, but not essential.
