The Role as a Social Media Sales Team Manager
- Manage a team of 12 agents dealing with customer enquiries across Facebook, Live Chat & WhatsApp
- Support your team while they convert inbound conversations into bookings
- Deliver fast, responsive service - speed matters
- Create and promote your own social media offers alongside your team
