Your mission is simple yet vital: retain our clients, demonstrate the value of our services, and deliver a level of service that keeps customers engaged year after year. You will play a key role in managing client relationships, ensuring they continue to see value, while contributing to business growth through retention targets.
What You'll Be Doing- Take ownership of customer renewals and retention, supporting consistent year-on-year growth
- Engage with clients considering cancellation or renewal, using strong influencing skills to retain and win back business
- Build strong relationships by clearly demonstrating the ongoing value of our services
- Share client feedback with management to help improve the overall customer experience
About You- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to think on your feet
- Highly organised, able to prioritise and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in customer retention and delivering outstanding service
- Confident working with data and numbers, with strong attention to detail
- A proactive problem solver with a practical, solution-focused approach
- Comfortable using IT systems
