Solicitor Construction 2+ PQE

A growing legal firm is looking to bring in a Construction Solicitor to support on a mix of contentious work, with the option to get involved in non-contentious matters as well. You'll work closely with the Head of Construction, handling your own caseload while also supporting on more complex matters. The work will include adjudication, litigation, arbitration, and mediation, mainly under JCT and similar contracts.
