An award-winning, digitally led PR and communications agency is seeking a proactive HR Administrator to join their team on a 12-month maternity cover contract.
Working within a small HR team of three, this is a fantastic opportunity for a second-jobber looking to build on their early HR experience in a fast-paced, creative environment.
The Role:
- Managing onboarding and offboarding processes
- Responding to employee queries, including benefits-related questions
- Maintaining and updating the HRIS
- Supporting general HR administration across the business
- Ensuring employee records and documentation are accurate and up to date
About You:
- Some previous HR administrative experience
- Confident working independently within a small team
- Highly organised, proactive and able to work at pace
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
