HR Administrator - 12 Month FTC

£35,000 Hybrid Working (2-3 Days Office)

Immediate Start

An award-winning, digitally led PR and communications agency is seeking a proactive HR Administrator to join their team on a 12-month maternity cover contract.

Working within a small HR team of three, this is a fantastic opportunity for a second-jobber looking to build on their early HR experience in a fast-paced, creative environment.

The Role:

  • Managing onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Responding to employee queries, including benefits-related questions
  • Maintaining and updating the HRIS
  • Supporting general HR administration across the business
  • Ensuring employee records and documentation are accurate and up to date

About You:

  • Some previous HR administrative experience
  • Confident working independently within a small team
  • Highly organised, proactive and able to work at pace
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
