Electrical Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Rochester (Projects mainly in London)
Salary: Up to £90,000 including package, DOE
We're seeking an experienced Electrical Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing electrical contractor delivering commercial and industrial projects. This role offers genuine long term progression, with a pathway toward Commercial Manager/Director level.
The Role
- Manage financial and contractual elements of electrical installation projects
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, tenders, and monthly client applications
- Oversee procurement, subcontract packages, and commercial correspondence
- Handle variations, take offs, and design changes
- Ensure contractual compliance and manage risk/opportunity
- Work closely with Project Managers across London based projects
