The Opportunity

We are partnering with a high-performing consultancy working closely with Private Equity and corporate financial services clients. They are seeking a polished and agile Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

This role will begin as a float EA, providing flexible support across the business. As you demonstrate capability and build relationships, the position will transition quickly into a dedicated Partner-level role, supporting a senior leader with a demanding workload, high-profile client interactions, and complex project coordination.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a confident EA from a Private Equity, financial services, or corporate advisory background who enjoys pace, responsibility, and significant client exposure.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional support to senior stakeholders, including Partners

- Manage extremely busy and constantly changing diaries, schedules and priorities

- Coordinate client projects, meetings and timelines across multiple workstreams

- Act as a key point of contact for clients, demonstrating professionalism and client-care at all times

- Prepare, collate and quality-check documents, reports and project materials

- Anticipate needs and proactively remove operational obstacles for Partners and clients

- Build strong relationships across the consultancy and with external stakeholders

- Support operational processes, ensuring accuracy, organisation and efficiency

Candidate Requirements

- Background in Private Equity, corporate financial services, consulting, or a similarly demanding professional environment

- Experience supporting senior leaders in a client-facing capacity

- Ability to operate with pace, resilience and composure under pressure

- Strong communication skills with a polished, professional approach

- Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail

- Confident managing shifting priorities in a high-performance culture

- Proactive, resourceful and comfortable taking ownership

What's on Offer

- A dynamic consultancy environment with exposure to high-profile clients

- Clear pathway from float EA to dedicated Partner support

- A hybrid role based in Central London with a collaborative and inclusive culture

- 12-month contract with strong potential for permanent conversion

- Career development opportunities within a respected, fast-growing firm
