SearchPlus HR is seeking an experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join a prestigious Private Healthcare Facility. In this role, you will provide expert psychiatric care to patients, offering comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, and personalized treatment plans within a private healthcare environment.

As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality mental health services, ensuring patient-centric care. Your expertise will contribute to advancing treatment outcomes and fostering a supportive atmosphere for patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed psychiatric evaluations and mental health assessments for patients.
  • Diagnose and manage a variety of psychiatric disorders using evidence based practices.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans combining psychotherapy and medication management.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary to optimize outcomes.
  • Provide consultation services to other healthcare professionals within the facility.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation adhering to medical standards and confidentiality.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with psychiatric research and treatment innovations.
  • Educate patients and families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping mechanisms.
Qualifications:
  • M.D. or D.O. degree with Board Certification in Psychiatry.
  • Completion of Psychiatry residency from an accredited institution.
  • Proven experience as a Consultant Psychiatrist, preferably within private healthcare settings.
  • Strong knowledge of psychiatric evaluation methods, treatment modalities, and psychopharmacology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage patients and collaborate with healthcare teams.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive patient information responsibly.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
