Recruitment Administrator
Location: Birmingham
Contract: Temporary
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 pro rata (depending on experience)
A busy and growing recruitment team is looking for a Recruitment Administrator to support the onboarding and compliance of drivers for temporary assignments.
This is a fast-paced role suited to someone organised, detail-focused and confident communicating with candidates while ensuring compliance standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the recruitment team with driver onboarding and administration
- Conducting compliance checks including Right to Work verification
- Completing DVLA licence checks and recording endorsements
- Verifying CPC and Digital Tachograph cards where required
- Maintaining accurate candidate records within the CRM system
- Chasing documentation from candidates to ensure files are complete
- Coordinating interviews, inductions and start dates
- Supporting consultants with general recruitment administration
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment administration, compliance or HR administration
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Confident communicating with candidates via phone and email
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Experience using recruitment systems or CRMs would be beneficial
