Dozer Operator
This Dozer Operator role offers consistent, long-term work and a supportive site environment.
The Role
- Operate bulldozers to carry out grading, levelling, and bulk earthmoving tasks on site
- Work closely with site supervisors, groundworkers, and plant operators to deliver project plans
- Use GPS machine control systems to achieve accurate levels and efficient outputs
- Carry out daily machine checks and basic maintenance to ensure safe operation
- Follow site drawings, levels, and health and safety procedures at all times
We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Dozer Operator or heavy equipment operator on construction or civils sites
- GPS experience (machine control systems)
- Valid Safety Critical Medical
- Dozer certification: NPORS or CPCS is essential for this role
- Strong awareness of site safety and ability to follow instructions accurately
