Essential Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field (MBA preferred for strategic leadership).
3+ years of proven business development experience in e-commerce, retail, or industry sectors-with a track record of scaling revenue, onboarding new platforms, or securing high-impact partnerships.
Strong commercial acumen: Ability to analyze market data, identify profit drivers, and negotiate win-win agreements with partners/suppliers.
Fluent in English (spoken/written); proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable (to collaborate with Chinese manufacturers).
