Job Description
We are looking for Housing Officers to carry out the following duties:
The successful candidates will be expected to work from the office at least 3 days a week.
On a day to day basis, the candidates will be expected to deal with: ASB, Estate Walkabouts, New Tenant Visits ( take place within 6 weeks of a new tenant being signed up) based, Tenancy/Occupancy Checks (complete 20 successful checks per month), Complaint Handling, Duty Rota cover and other such duties.

Be eligible to work within the UK
Good knowledge of Housing Legislation
