Our client, a well-established and highly respected law firm in Liverpool, is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their successful and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and commercially minded lawyer who is looking to take the next step in their career.

The Role

Working from the firm's Liverpool office, you will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:

• Sales and acquisitions
• Development agreements
• Drafting and negotiating leases
• Managing transactions from initial instruction through to completion
• Experience handling Section 25 Notices would be advantageous, though not essential.

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for a solicitor who can demonstrate:

• Strong organisational skills and efficiency
• Solid technical ability with sound commercial awareness
• Confidence in analysing risk and delivering practical, commercial solutions
• A commitment to exceptional client care
• A good understanding of source-of-funds checks and AML requirements
• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing deadlines
• A collaborative approach and an appreciation for office-based teamwork
• Permanent, full-time (35 hours) - part-time considered initially
• Market-rate salary
• Experience: 3+ PQE (strong applicants outside this range will be considered)
