Sales Consultant - North Somerset with Sundays & Mondays Off

We are currently supporting a respected Estate Agent in their recruitment for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant for a development in North Somerset.

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service while driving sales performance. You will build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to ensure a positive experience and successful outcomes.

This role offers an attractive work-life balance, with Sunday and Monday as your designated days off each week.

• £30,000 basic salary
• £2,000 car allowance
• On-target earnings of £45,000

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a new home sales role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, results-driven approach
• The ability to build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships
• A full UK driving licence
