Senior Legal Counsel - Commercial & Tech

This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Lawyer to join an in-house legal team who are at the forefront of innovation. You will play a hands on role in the development and utilisation of AI, as well as gain exposure to a broad range of commercial and tech matters.

You will join the team in a Senior Legal Counsel level role. You will be working within a fantastic infrastructure and part of a close knit team, advising key stakeholders and various global business divisions on commercial & tech contracts and negotiating those contracts with some of the largest brands in the world.

The team are at the cutting edge of the AI space, and you will play a hands on role in the development and utilisation of tech and its roll out beyond the legal team.

• Commercial Lawyer with 5+ PQE
• Experience gained in house or at a leading law firm
• Comfortable drafting & negotiating a broad range of contracts
• Ideally, you will have gained some exposure to tech contracts

• Salary: £95 - 110k, dependent on experience
• Benefits: bonus, enhanced pension, private medical, etc.
• Flexibility: 3 days in the office. Central London.
