Pay: £30,000.00-£31,000.00 per year + £500 per month commission

Salary: £31,000+ Commission £500 pcm Full Time

Join a leading serviced office provider with 20 years of experience. We're looking for a proactive Central Sales Executive to manage incoming enquiries, support brokers and Sales Managers, and help grow our business across the UK.

What you'll do:

• Manage sales enquiries and CRM activity
• Qualify client requirements and promote our services
• Schedule and support viewings, liaising with Sales Managers and centre teams
• Build strong relationships with brokers, agents, and clients
• Support reporting, competitor checks, and promotional activities

You'll have:

• Proven sales experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple relationships and work collaboratively
• CRM and industry software knowledge
