As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Resourcer / Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join the team with a focus on business development.
The RoleThis is a sales-led recruitment role with a strong emphasis on building new client relationships. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities within the life sciences sector while also supporting the delivery of recruitment projects.
You will learn how to identify hiring companies, approach decision makers, position Harrington Recruitment as a specialist partner, and manage recruitment processes from initial conversation through to placement.
