About You: We are looking for a resilient, empathetic, and proactive individual who has experience working in residential childcare and is ready to take the next step in their career. The ideal candidate will possess: A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within children's residential services.A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.The ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively.A full UK driving licence.
