About the Role

Join a fast-paced, collaborative team where you'll play a key role in managing loan applications from start to finish. You'll work closely with brokers, clients, and internal teams to deliver a smooth and efficient lending process.

What You'll Do

• Support loan applications by liaising with brokers, applicants, and third parties
• Prepare and maintain loan files, including checks and documentation
• Coordinate valuations and track application progress
• Issue loan terms alongside Sales and Credit teams
• Deliver excellent customer service at every stage

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills and confident phone manner
• Highly organised with great attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to learn
• Property or finance experience is a bonus, not essential
