Manager, Residential Deal Advancement and Analytics

In this newly created role, you will play a pivotal role in advancing complex residential projects from early engagement through to contract signing and execution. Acting as a trusted commercial and analytical partner to the Director, you will leverage strong business acumen with data-driven insight and strong cross-functional engagement skills to support residential portfolio growth and drive long-term value accretion for the business. This is a highly visible role at the centre of critical strategic growth opportunities for the enterprise, helping to build scalable capabilities and position IHG as a global leader in Branded Residences.

The duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Drive branded residential deals from early engagement through to contract signing, supporting commercial alignment and deal execution.
  • Lead residential market intelligence and analytics, providing clear insights to support deal viability and growth.
  • Manage the residential deal pre-pipeline, supporting approvals, due diligence, and conversion.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and demand across priority markets.
  • Partner with internal teams and external data providers to deliver timely, decision ready insight.

What we need from you:

  • Proven analytical experience in residential real estate, branded residences, or luxury hospitality, with a solid commercial mindset.
  • Strong general business and commercial acumen, with ability to progress complex deals and projects, supporting approvals, due diligence, and contract execution.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with confidence using data to assess viability, pricing, and market opportunity.
  • Experience delivering market intelligence, competitor analysis, and insight to senior stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel capability required and strong PowerPoint skills preferred, with the ability to translate analysis into clear, compelling stories.
  • Comfortable working across multiple functions and regions in a global matrix organisation.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and confident operating as a trusted partner to senior leaders and external partners.
