Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 based on experience plus profit sharing.

As the General Manager of Prime Car Wash's new location, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of the car wash's functions and operations. Your primary focus will be on building sales, nurturing customer relationships, and ensuring the development of your team.

• Participate in a 3-week GM training program at the corporate locations to ensure comprehensive knowledge and alignment with company standards.
• Build and train a team from the ground up for the new location.
• Recruit, hire, train, and coach new employees for continuous improvement.
• Manage day-to-day operations and equipment functions of the car wash facility.
• Deliver strong hospitality and customer service skills to guests and members.
• Demonstrate knowledge and ability to perform all positions at Prime Car Wash, including sales, labor, and detailing.
• Oversee the ordering of wash chemicals, supplies, and products.
• Operate a complex POS system and other wash-related computer programs.

• The work schedule will predominantly be Tuesday to Saturday, 7:00AM - 4:00PM.
• Flexibility and a team mentality are paramount.

• Salary range: $70,000-$80,000 annually based on experience and qualifications plus profit sharing.
• PTO: 3 Weeks
• Unlimited use of the car wash facility for self and immediate family.
• 3-5 years of proven success in managing day-to-day operations in a fast-paced manager position overseeing 20+ employees.
• Knowledge of car wash and detailing skills are advantageous but not required.
