As the Demand Generation Director, you will architect Raft's top of funnel engine, driving qualified revenue for a platform reshaping the $19 trillion logistics industry. You will design sophisticated ABM strategies, manage a modern AI enabled marketing stack, and partner with sales to turn high quality interest into predictable pipeline for enterprise level deals.

What you will do

- Orchestrate cross functional alignment with SDR and Product Marketing teams to synchronize high velocity campaigns with global GTM objectives.
The ideal candidate
- Proven expert in enterprise SaaS demand generation with a track record of navigating 6-12 month sales cycles for $100k+ ACV deals.
- Deeply familiar with the logistics and supply chain sector, possessing the ability to speak the language of global freight forwarders natively.
- AI native marketer and HubSpot power user who prioritizes MQL to SQO conversion rates and material pipeline value over simple lead volume.
