For more information, please visit The Role The Associate General Counsel (AGC) is a senior member of the Solera Legal team responsible for providing creative, practical, and business oriented legal counsel across a broad range of commercial, corporate, compliance, and operational matters. This leader will serve as a trusted advisor to executives and cross functional teams, with a particular focus on supporting Solera's Fleet businesses.- Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure contracts align with new product launches, enhancements, and technical requirements.- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in executive level presentations, negotiations, and day to day counseling.- 15+ years of legal experience with substantial background in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements; in house and supervisory experience required.- Experience advising HR on employment law matters, including responding to EEOC and other agency complaints or investigations.- Familiarity with consumer credit, financial services, and consumer protection laws (GLBA, CCPA, TCPA, FCRA) is a plus.- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex legal issues into practical, business focused advice for non legal stakeholders.- Highly responsive, service oriented approach with the ability to influence and support leaders at all levels.- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.- Strong judgment and the ability to balance legal risk with business objectives
