Primary Teacher / Primary ECT

Across East London EdEx are working with multiple high-achieving Primary Schools who are on the hunt for a Primary Teacher / Primary ECT for a September 2026 start. This is a permanent, and full-time contract.

The Head Teacher's are looking for an ambitious Primary Teacher / Primary ECT who is keen to add value to a thriving Primary team. These schools are renowned for supportive SLT, strong behaviour, excellent staff culture and a real focus on raising attainment across the board.

The schools are well invested in the Education sector, setting new teaching practices, developing their own staff and heavily investing in CPD, coaching and wellbeing. It is an exciting time to join!

ECTs are welcomed and will be enrolled onto the schools very own bespoke ECT induction, have a dedicated mentor, regular observations, in-house and out of house training and the chance to work alongside a range of young and experienced Primary Teachers.

  • Inner / Outer London MPS1-UPS3 - £37,870 - £62,496
  • Located across North East London

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Must have UK QTS or be in the process of gaining
  • Strong academics across the board - Degree, A Levels and GCSEs
  • Must be meeting the 8 Teaching Standards to a 'Good or Outstanding' level
  • You must be able to work as part of a large team of Primary Teachers
  • Must be willing to listen to feedback
