We are looking for an experienced, caring and motivated individual to lead a supported Living service providing support for 7 tenants providing personalised support to people with learning disabilities and complex mental health needs living in their own homes. The supported living service provides 24 hour support and is set in one of Carlisle's most desirable addresses, convenient for Stanwix, parkland and the city centre The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working with people that are experiencing mental health problems and learning disabilities either in a community or supported Living setting. You will have skills in positive engagement, knowledge of positive behavioral support with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
