A growing ambitious global consultancy is seeking an exceptional Managing Director to lead and scale their UK business. This is a high-impact leadership role with full responsibility for driving growth, strengthening market presence, and shaping the UK strategy as part of a broader international organisation.

As Managing Director, you will take ownership of the UK operation, leading its expansion and establishing a strong, differentiated position in the market. You will play a pivotal role in winning new business, developing client relationships, and building a high-performing team.

• Lead the growth and expansion of UK operations, with a clear focus on revenue generation and market penetration
• Originate and win new professional services engagements
• Leverage and expand an established network, ideally within financial services
• Build, lead, and inspire high-performing teams
• Act as a senior ambassador for the brand across the UK market
• Hold full P&L responsibility for the UK business

• Proven track record of winning and delivering professional services work
• Strong, active network that can be leveraged to generate new business opportunities (ideally in financial services)
• Commercially astute, entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach
• Experience operating at board level with credibility among senior stakeholders
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to scale teams and drive performance
• Significant leadership experience within an IT advisory, strategy, or project services consultancy
