The Opportunity Are you ready to join a specialist engineering organisation working in one of London's newest, state-of-the-art buildings? We are seeking an Electrically Biased Building Services Engineer with essential mechanical knowledge to maintain and service cutting-edge plant and systems in a prestigious development.

You will work on an alternating shift pattern:

• Week 1: 07:00 - 16:00
• Week 2: 10:00 - 19:00

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical plant.
• Maintain critical systems including:
  • Combined Heat & Power (CHP)
  • Fan Coil Units (FCUs)
  • Diesel Generators
  • Chillers
  • Advanced Air Systems
  • BMU Units
• Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Support smooth day-to-day operations in a high-performing, professional team environment.
