What We're Looking For
- AssocRICS / MRICS / FRICS
- RICS Registered Valuer (or eligible)
- Strong experience in residential valuation
- Solid technical knowledge of construction, pathology, and risk management
Your Role
- Carry out lender and private valuations and Level 2 surveys
- Deliver high quality, risk aware reporting in a regulated environment
