Job Description
As the first engineering hire at Kyber, you will build the real time AI decision making platform that orchestrates airport ground operations. You will develop fault tolerant agentic systems to replace manual spreadsheets and radio calls, owning technical direction while generating critical data to predict and prevent global aviation delays alongside ex F1 and Lufthansa founders.

What you will do
- Design and implement real time, fault tolerant agentic systems that airport teams trust to manage live flight operations and ground logistics
- Build and scale a full stack platform using Python and TypeScript to process chaotic operational data into high accuracy delay predictions
- Iterate rapidly on product features through direct customer feedback, owning the technical lifecycle from initial pilot programs to production deployment
The ideal candidate
- High agency developer with 2-3 years of experience at a rigorous company and a proven track record of shipping complex side projects
- Strong technical foundation in Python, TypeScript, and full stack real time software, with hands on experience deploying production agentic AI
- Fast moving builder with UK work authorization who thrives in high pressure environments and is eager to take on more responsibility than a traditional role allows
