TSA Riley is pleased to announce an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join our Central Birmingham office.
About the role:As a result of continued growth in the Midlands region, we are looking to strengthen our Cost Management team in Birmingham. In this role, the successful candidate will work on a diverse range of projects across multiple sectors within the built environment, undertaking a full range of pre- and post-contract duties.
The role will involve supporting the senior management team on larger and more complex projects, while also taking responsibility for managing individual projects.
The successful candidate will also contribute to the development and support of junior team members within the office. This will include delegating appropriate tasks, reviewing work to ensure quality standards are met, and providing constructive feedback to support professional growth.
