DescriptionWe are looking for a surveyor to join our Property Team, reporting to the Head of Property, to ensure we get the best from our store portfolio, helping to drive profitability for the business.
We are a small team and our ethos is very much to support each other, with a flexible outlook to manage the challenges that arise from over 150 stores in the UK and Ireland, in shopping centres, retail parks and high streets.
We are looking for someone with drive, commercial acumen and an ability to work at a fast pace to keep up with the culture of the rest of the business but always keeping a close eye on the detail. A natural inclination to collaborate is fundamental, including sharing market information that you acquire through your network or own investigations.
