Experience Required: Extensive experience in program or project management within the electrical infrastructure sector, with specific expertise in high-voltage substations. Proven track record in managing large-scale, multi-phase projects with significant client interaction. Strong knowledge of high-voltage systems, substation design, and regulatory/safety standards. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities effectively. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field. PMP or equivalent Project Management Certification is preferred. We are seeking a technically strong Asset Manager to oversee the performance, reliability, and compliance of a portfolio of utility-scale, co-located Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) assets. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, operations, and commercial management, ensuring assets operate safely, efficiently, and in line with contractual and financial expectations. The successful candidate will take ownership of day-to-day asset performance while supporting optimisation strategies, contractor management, and key stakeholder relationships.
