We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our clients busy and friendly office based in Sale on a full-time basis
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a varied caseload of private client matters including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate, Estate Administration and Trusts.
• Provide clear, sensitive and practical advice to clients on estate and succession planning.
• Handle complex and high-value estates with confidence and attention to detail.
• Ensure all matters are progressed efficiently and in compliance with regulatory and professional standards.
• Maintain the highest standards of client care and confidentiality.
• Build and develop strong relationships with clients, professional contacts, and colleagues.
• Support the continued growth and development of the Private Client department.
Candidate Requirements
• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE in Private Client work.
• Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently.
• Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of private client law.
• Excellent organisational, drafting and communication skills.
• A compassionate and client-focused approach.
• STEP qualification (desirable but not essential).
