Main Objective: To ensure that F&B services meet the requirements of the organisation and customers and that all resources are deployed in an efficient, cost effective and safe manner. Ensuring all policies, procedures are followed, monitored & recorded. To ensure all vending equipment is checked in, maintained & re-checked on its departure - Where appropriate the ordering, storage, production and service of all food and beverages, vending, light equipment, laundry, disposable and cleaning materials.
