Optometrist

Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Optometrist to join our welcoming team in Maidenhead. This is a full-time or part-time position which includes working Saturdays. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding eye care and providing an exceptional customer experience. As part of a supportive and community-focused team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills while making a real difference to patients' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality eye examinations and professional clinical care

  • Provide expert advice on eye health, vision care, and optical products

  • Build strong relationships with customers by offering a friendly and personalised service

  • Work closely with the wider team to ensure a smooth and positive patient journey

  • Maintain accurate clinical records and adhere to professional standards

  • Support the overall success of the store by delivering excellent patient care

Team Development:
You will be supported by a strong and experienced team, including two highly experienced Directors and several team members from a range of backgrounds and experience levels. The environment has a real family feel, where collaboration and support are key. There are also excellent progression opportunities available through professional development pathways.
