Optical Manager - Franchise Multiple

Up to £40,000 + Bonus All Professional Fees Paid 33 Days Holiday

We're recruiting for an exciting Owner Manager opportunity within a well established, high footfall retail optical practice in the Bournemouth area. This role offers you the chance to take the lead in a busy, professionally run environment, supporting both staff and patients while driving performance and service excellence.

This role sits within one of the UK's most recognised optical networks, backed by extensive resources, training, and technology support - yet you'll enjoy the autonomy to run the practice with leadership and ownership at the forefront.

About the Opportunity

As Optical Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the day to day operations of a thriving optical business, ensuring the delivery of high quality patient care and strong business performance.

You will:

Lead, motivate and develop a team of optical professionals Oversee the delivery of clinical and dispensing services with high standards Manage local marketing, patient engagement, and community reputation Drive commercial success including retail performance and customer service delivery Always maintain professional and regulatory compliance As part of a well supported franchise model, you'll benefit from robust operational systems, branded marketing tools, and access to established supply chains that help you deliver excellent patient experiences while meeting business goals.
