Senior Civil EngineerLeicester £45,000 - £55,000 An established multidisciplinary consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Civil Engineer to join their growing Leicester team. This is a key hire for the business, offering the chance to take a lead role in delivering high-quality infrastructure projects across residential, commercial, and regeneration sectors. You will also be helping to shape and grow the team locally.The Role Leading the design and delivery of civil infrastructure projects, including highways, drainage, and external works Managing projects from concept through to construction Overseeing and delivering S38, S278, S104 agreements and SuDS schemes Reviewing and approving technical designs and outputs from junior engineers Acting as a key point of contact for clients, architects, planners, and contractors Supporting and mentoring junior team membersWhat we're looking for Proven experience within a UK consultancy environment Strong technical design capability using Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and drainage software (e.g. MicroDrainage / InfoDrainage) Solid understanding of UK design standards and approvals processes Confident communicator with experience in leading projects and teams Ambitious individual looking to step into a more senior, influential roleWhat's on Offer £45,000 - £55,000 (DOE) Generous holiday allowance Private healthcare Pension scheme Clear progression pathway into management and leadership Flexible working arrangements Opportunity to play a key role in a growing regional team
