Key Stage 2 Teacher - Maidstone
Start Date: April Fixed-Term Contract
Are you a motivated and dedicated KS2 teacher looking for a new opportunity this April? We are excited to be supporting a welcoming primary school in Maidstone seeking an inspiring KS2 educator to join their team on a fixed-term contract.
This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact at a crucial stage in pupils' development, within a supportive and forward-thinking school environment.
The Role
As a KS2 Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture where all pupils can succeed
- Assess, monitor and report on pupil progress effectively
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all learners
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and carers
- Contribute to the wider life of the school community
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent higher-level qualification/training)
- GCSEs in English, Maths and Science (or recognised equivalent qualifications)
- Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum
- Confident classroom management skills
- A nurturing, reflective approach and high expectations for every pupil
