Salary: £172.98 per day or on scale, dependent on school and role.

We are seeking motivated, qualified Secondary Teachers who demonstrate exceptional behaviour management skills, creativity, and a nurturing approach, with the ability to teach English to a high standard. As part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team, you will contribute to delivering an innovative curriculum that inspires a love of learning while maintaining high expectations for all pupils.

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in English and other subject areas as required.
• Maintain excellent classroom and behaviour management to foster a positive learning environment.
• Plan and assess learning in accordance with the Curriculum for Wales framework and school expectations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
• Support the holistic development of pupils, encouraging creativity and experiential learning.

The successful candidate will possess:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• PGCE or PCET qualifications will also be considered.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Familiarity with the Curriculum for Wales framework and assessment criteria.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to diverse learners.
