We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Support Worker to join our team in Kidderminster.Requirements:Must be a driver with access to a vehicleMust hold a clear DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for a new oneProven, strong background working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)Experience Needed:SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs)AutismTrauma-informed supportAnxietyChallenging behaviourRole Overview:You will be supporting children with complex needs, helping them to feel safe, regulated, and engaged in their learning and daily activities.
