As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will join a collaborative and friendly early years team in a setting known for excellent staff retention and strong professional support.

As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will:

• Deliver engaging activities and learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
• Provide high-quality childcare and early years education
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
• Support children's social, emotional, language, and physical development
• Work closely with teachers, practitioners, and parents/carers
• Observe, assess, and record children's progress and development
• Promote positive behaviour and consistent routines
• Contribute to safeguarding and wellbeing of all children

The ideal Level 3 Practitioner will have:

• Level 3 Early Years Qualification (CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent)
• Previous experience working in a nursery, pre-school, or early years setting
• Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• A caring, patient, and proactive approach to childcare
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Understanding of safeguarding and child development

Essential Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
• Right to work in the UK
