Level 2 & 3 Childcare Practitioner

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3 qualified) to join a nurturing early years setting. You will play a key role in supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

• Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years
• Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with EYFS guidelines
• Support children's learning through play-based experiences
• Observe, assess, and record children's development
• Build strong relationships with parents/carers and provide feedback
• Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating environment
• Follow safeguarding policies and procedures at all times
• Work collaboratively with team members and management

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for working with young children

• Paediatric First Aid qualification
• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
• Knowledge of SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities)
