This opportunity would be ideal for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking for a supportive induction and strong mentoring, as well as experienced teachers seeking to further develop their career in a progressive and forward-thinking school.
You will play a key role in delivering engaging Business Studies lessons at Key Stages 4 and 5, helping students develop valuable knowledge and skills that prepare them for further education and the world of work.
The successful candidate will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (PGCE, B.Ed, GTP or equivalent)
- Have strong knowledge of the Business Studies curriculum, particularly at KS4 and KS5
- Be confident in planning and delivering challenging, engaging lessons that support student progress
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for Business Studies and the ability to inspire and motivate learners
- Be committed to maintaining high standards of teaching, learning, and behaviour
- Contribute positively to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular opportunities
