Project Engineer - Air conditioning / refrigeration

Salary: 45,000 - 60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Are you an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer ready to step into an office-based Project role? Our client, a well-established air conditioning and refrigeration contractor, is seeking a Project Engineer to join their growing London team.

They specialise in delivering high-quality air conditioning and refrigeration installation, service, and maintenance across the UK. Known for technical excellence and exceptional customer service, this is a company that values its people and invests in their development.

As a Project Engineer, you'll oversee multiple projects from enquiry to completion, including:

• Client liaison and site surveys

• System design and quotation preparation

• Tendering for new work

• Coordinating materials, labour, and suppliers

• Attending site meetings

• Design and sales of air conditioning and ventilation systems

• Project management of new installation works

• Liaison with clients, suppliers, and engineers

• Purchasing and organising materials and labour

• Conducting site surveys and attending meetings

• Minimum 3 years' experience in air conditioning

• Strong organisational and administrative skills

• Excellent communication and customer-facing abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Full UK driving licence

• Based in London or surrounding areas

• 45,000 - 60,000 per annum (DOE)
