We are recruiting a Registered Nurse to join a newly registered Nursing and Residential Care Home in Gosberton. The service provides high-quality permanent and respite care, including specialist support for people living with dementia, within a welcoming, purpose-designed environment.
This is a small, circa 30-bed home, offering a more personal, resident-focused approach to care, where you can truly make a difference.

The Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care and leading the care team to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and person-centred support.
You will:• Deliver and oversee clinical care in line with best practice and regulatory standards• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans• Administer and manage medications safely• Monitor residents' health and respond to clinical changes appropriately• Lead, mentor, and support Care Assistants and junior staff• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and external professionals• Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all times
Experience in dementia care is beneficial, but a strong commitment to high-quality, compassionate nursing care is essential.
What We're Looking For
• Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC pin• A caring, compassionate, and professional approach• Experience in a care home or similar setting (desirable)• Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills• Good leadership and communication abilities• Commitment to continuous professional development
